It is a project of Incline Realty, a subsidiary of realty developer Oberoi Realty. As reported by ET, these apartments spread across 4,894 square feet on the 57th floor of Abhishek Bachchan’s luxury project Oberoi Sky City cost Rs. 31,498 per sq.ft.

Interestingly, two of these apartments are spread over 252 square feet, while the remaining four have a carpet area of around 1,100 square feet. Two small apartments have been purchased for 79 lakhs. At the same time, for the other four apartments, around Rs. 3.5 crore has been paid. Documents obtained by Zapkey.com show that all these deals were completed on May 28 and registered on May 29.
Let us tell you that in the last few years, many Bollywood actors, producers and directors including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai have invested in the property. Recently, John Abraham bought a bungalow built on a fifth of an acre of land on a tony Linking Road in Mumbai’s Khar area for Rs. 70.83 crores have been purchased.
