Sanjay Manjrekar has questioned the Indian media in a post on X. He wrote that the Indian media is obsessed with Virat Kohli and Co. She kept praising the batsmen. He further wrote that Jasprit Bumrah on the other hand won the match on his own without making any noise. He wrote that Bumrah is currently the best player in the Indian team. It is noteworthy that while batting first, the Indian team was limited to a score of 119 runs only. After this, Pakistan had a very good start. But at a crucial moment, Bumrah turned the match in India’s favor with a crucial breakthrough.

Indian batting was a failure
It is worth mentioning that Indian batting failed miserably in the match against Pakistan. Virat Kohli returned to the pavilion after scoring just four runs. Also, Rohit Sharma could not do anything special. Rishabh Pant scored the highest 42 runs for India. Apart from him, the second most successful batsman was Akshar Patel who scored 20 runs. Rohit Sharma played 13 innings, Suryakumar Yadav played 7 innings, Hardik Pandya played 7 runs and Shivam Dubey played 3 innings. The fourth highest run scorer after Rohit was Arshdeep Singh who scored nine runs from his bat.
