New Delhi. In the T20 World Cup, West Indies bowled out Uganda for 39 runs. With this, Uganda has equaled the record for the lowest score in the T20 World Cup. Netherlands made the lowest score in World Cup 2014 10 years ago. Then the Dutch team was all out for 39 runs in 10.3 overs against Sri Lanka in Chittagong.
