NEET UG 2024 Hearing Updates: The Supreme Court of India today began hearing 38 petitions regarding alleged irregularities in the administration of NEET UG 2024, an entrance exam for undergraduate medical courses. The integrity of several national-level entrance exams conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), including NEET UG, is under scrutiny due to allegations of paper leaks and other irregularities. The bench hearing the case consisted of Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud and Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra. Let us know what happened during the hearing?
1- The Supreme Court said, how the paper was leaked should be known
The Supreme Court during the hearing asked that the manner in which the paper was leaked should be disclosed. If this is done through social media, the possibility of paper leak is very wide.
We are flagging these issues because we need a comprehensive timeline. The senior counsel says that the questions were leaked on Telegram 1 day before the exam, the root of which is yet to be reached.
2. NEET UG Papers were prepared under the supervision of experts
