Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University of Rajasthan has declared PTET Exam Result 2024. Candidates can check their result by visiting the official website ptetvmou2024.com. In the two-year B.Ed programme, Devilal from Hanumangarh has topped, while in BA B.Ed, Akshara Seni from Jhunjhunu has topped with 514 out of 600 marks.
What is Rajasthan PTET?
Through the PTET entrance exam, admission to two year B.Ed courses and 4 year BA B.Ed/B.Sc B.Ed courses are offered in all government and private teacher training colleges in the state. Held on 9 June. 4.27 lakh youth have applied for PTET 2024 as against 5.21 lakh applications last year. Vardhaman Mahavir Open University, Kota was given the responsibility of conducting PTET this year.
Why bonus marks are given in Rajasthan PTET?
Let us tell you that after the announcement of the answer key, it was asked to file objections from June 17 to June 19 midnight till 12 midnight. The objections are resolved before the final answer key. A total of 13 questions have been deleted in the final answer key. The total deleted questions include five questions from four year B.Ed course and eight questions from two year B.Ed course. Students will now be given bonus marks for the deleted questions. Students will be given bonus marks.
Rajasthan PTET Online Counseling After PTET Result
After PTET result, candidates will be allotted B.Ed college as per merit through online counselling. For counseling you have to update the website continuously. To participate in the counselling, one has to register online on the official website. Meanwhile, candidates can choose the college and course of their choice based on their rank, seat availability and other preferences. Allots seats based on filled preferences and availability of seats in various colleges. Reporting to Alloted College – If candidates get their desired seat. After this they have to report to the allotted college within the stipulated time limit.

– On home page, click on BA BSC 4 Year B.Ed Result link for BA BSC B.Ed and 2 Year B.Ed Result link for 2 Year B.Ed.
When the new page opens, click on the result link. Then login and click submit.
– Your result will appear on the screen.
– Check the result and download it.
– Take a printout of the result and keep its hard copy with you.
How is Rajasthan PTET Pattern?
PTET is an offline exam. There will be objective type multiple choice questions. All answers should be filled in OMR sheet. It will have four sections – Mental Ability, Teaching Attitude and Aptitude Test, General Awareness and Language Proficiency. Each question is of 3 marks. Total paper is of 600 marks.
Those who could not take admission last year are getting their fees refunded.
The fee is being refunded to the students who have not appeared in the Pre Teacher Entrance Test (PTET) 2023 due to various reasons. Application for this can be made till July 20. PTET was conducted by the nodal agency Govind Guru Tribal University of Banswada. Many candidates had deposited the registration fee and dues, but did not take admission.
