Rohit also holds the record for playing the longest innings for India as a captain in the T20 World Cup. Rohit is second in this list. At number one is Chris Gayle, who played an innings of 98 runs for India in 2019. Apart from this, Rohit has reached the second position in the list of highest individual scores in the T20 World Cup. This record is held by Suresh Raina who scored 101 against South Africa in Grass Islet in 2010.
