War 17 years ago
In a conversation with Siddharth Kanan, Ashmit Patel recalls the big fight that took place 17 years ago. The actor said in his interview that he was not involved in the fight between Sohail and Sikandar. But a growing issue between the two actors involved them. Ashmit reveals that he started taking Sikander out of the club when the fight started with Sohail. But at that moment the actor started insisting on talking to Sohail. At that time the atmosphere was not good.
Fight between Sohail and Sikandar
Ashmit continued, ‘Meanwhile, Sohail bhai came out of the club and the two started hitting each other again. I tried to stop them. At that time Sikandar pushed me and said, ‘Why do you come in between?’ Actually, I was getting hit by both because when you are in the middle of a fight you get hit by both sides unintentionally. Then I got angry too. I was trying to protect him and he misbehaved with me and beat me. Then I raised my hand on him. Sikandar is still against me in this matter.
Did the matter reach the police?
There were reports that Anupama Kher filed a police complaint against Sohail and Ashmit Patel after the fight. However, Sohail never broke his silence on the matter. He also called Sikandar his friend.
