UP Panchayat Assistant Recruitment: Apply Today, Know Salary & Qualification & How Many Vacancies in Which District.

Eligibility and Age Limit
Only 12th standard youth can apply for recruitment. Those whose age is between 18 years to 40 years will be eligible. The applicant should be a resident of the same Gram Panchayat. Panchayat assistants of the same reserved category will be selected in Panchayats where the category is reserved. The reserved categories will get relaxation in upper age limit as per state government rules.

1. Information about inviting applications for Panchayat Assistant/Accountant cum Data Entry Operator by Gram Panchayat, will be done through notice board and advertisement of Gram Panchayat – 12th June to 14th June 2024.
2. Period for submission of application form in District Panchayat Raj Officer Office, Development Block Office and Gram Panchayat Office – 15th June to 30th June 2024.

3. Applications received in the office of the District Panchayat Raj Officer and the Development Block Office should be made available to the concerned Gram Panchayat – 1st July to 6th July 2024.
4. To prepare a merit list of the applications received in the Gram Panchayat and present it to the Administrative Committee of the Gram Panchayat for consideration and the merit list approved by the Committee shall be sent to the Member Secretary (Zilla Panchayat) of the Committee. will be made available to the Raj Adhikari for the consideration of the District Level Committee. – 7th July to 14th July 2024

5. Examination and recommendation by the Committee constituted under the Chairmanship of the District Officer – 15 July to 21 July 2024.
6. Issue of appointment letter by Gram Panchayat – 22 July to 24 July 2024.

How to Apply
– The application form format is available on Panchayatiraj Department website, panchayatiraj.up.nic.in and prdfinance.up.gov.in. You have to upload it from here and take a print out of it. Fill it carefully.
After filling all the details in the form, you have to submit it personally or by registered post to your Gram Panchayat, Vikas Block Office or Zilla Panchayat Raj Officer’s office by 30th June. The form should also be accompanied by certificates regarding educational qualification, age and caste.

Panchayat Assistants Rs. 6000 (UP Panchayat Assistant Salary) can be paid monthly. The details can be confirmed when the detailed notification is issued.

How will the selection be made?
Candidates will be selected from the merit list prepared in descending order of average marks and percentage of marks obtained in High School and Intermediate.
-If the marks obtained in the educational qualification of two candidates are found to be same, then the candidate who is older will be given preference in the selection process.
-If any two candidates have same educational marks and age limit, preference will be given to the candidate who applied first.
-If the marks obtained in the educational qualification of two candidates are found to be equal, the candidate who is older will get preference in the selection process.
-If any two candidates have same educational marks and age limit, the candidate who applied first will get preference.

Panchayat Assistants will be deployed in 93 villages of Gonda.
– 40 vacancies of Panchayat Assistant/Accountant-cum-Data Entry Operator in Shahjahanpur.
– Panchayat Assistant and Accountant-cum-Data Entry Operator will be recruited in 67 Gram Panchayats of Kanpur district.
– 39 Vacancies in Farrukhabad
– Panchayat Assistants are required in 80 Gram Panchayats of Hapurd District.
– Panchayat Assistant vacancies in 86 villages in Varanasi will be filled.
